Battery electric cars are great to drive and can be recharged anywhere, while hydrogen is a complicated technology that also requires completely new infrastructure. Hyundai, however, thinks there is room for multiple energy sources in the future. In fact, Hyundai is so confident about hydrogen that its fuel cell SUV, the Nexo, has actually gone into production.
